Full job description

We are looking for a skilled Carpentry Finishing Painter to prepare, finish, and paint wooden surfaces and carpentry works to a high-quality standard. The role includes surface preparation, polishing, staining, varnishing, and painting of furniture, doors, cabinets, and other woodwork.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare wooden surfaces by sanding, filling cracks, and smoothing.
• Apply primer, paint, polish, veneer, stain, and varnish.
• Match colors and finishes as per project requirements.
• Repair minor damages and touch up finished surfaces.
• Maintain tools, materials, and work area in good condition.
• Follow safety procedures and use PPE when required.
• Coordinate with carpenters and supervisors on finishing work.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in carpentry finishing and painting.
• Knowledge of wood finishes, polishes, and paints.
• Ability to use hand tools and spray machines.
• Attention to detail and quality workmanship.
• Physically fit and able to work on-site.

Preferred:

• Experience in furniture or interior fit-out projects.
• Basic understanding of color mixing and finishing techniques.
