San Juan Engineering is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Carpenter to join our interior fit-out team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in all aspects of carpentry work, including installation, assembly, and finishing of woodwork for commercial and residential projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform all types of carpentry work related to interior fit-out projects, including cutting, shaping, assembling, and installing wood structures and fixtures.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications.
• Measure, mark, and layout materials according to design plans.
• Install doors, partitions, cabinets, panels, flooring, ceiling, and other wood or wood substitute materials.
• Operate hand and power tools in a safe and efficient manner.
• Perform site inspections to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Collaborate with project managers, site engineers, and other tradespeople to complete tasks on time.
• Follow all safety procedures and regulations on-site.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a carpenter in interior fit-out projects.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and blueprints.
• Skilled in using carpentry tools and machinery.
• Good physical condition and stamina.
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Knowledge of other finishing trades is a plus.
