Join our compassionate team at Sunset Estates and Villa Memory Care in Ontario, Oregon! We are locally owned and operated 16-bed memory care facilities dedicated to providing a loving, safe, and high-quality environment for seniors living with Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia. Our mission is to care for residents as we would our own families, helping them maintain dignity and joy despite memory loss.

We are urgently seeking kind, reliable, and adaptable individuals to fill Cook/Caregiver roles. This unique position combines meal preparation with hands-on caregiving—perfect for someone who loves cooking nutritious, home-style meals while making a real difference in residents’ daily lives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve attractive, nutritious, and well-balanced meals according to planned menus and dietary needs (some previous cooking experience preferred)
• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing/showers, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support
• Provide compassionate personal care, including help with showers as needed
• Engage with residents in a positive, patient manner to support their emotional well-being
• Answer the phone and door promptly and courteously
• Perform light housekeeping tasks related to meal service and resident areas
• Follow facility policies, safety protocols, and infection control procedures
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a warm, family-like atmosphere
