Job Summary:

As a Home Care Nurse, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered clinical care directly within the comfort and privacy of the patient’s residence. You will be responsible for implementing care plans, monitoring vital signs, administering treatments, and offering compassionate support to patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

– Deliver direct professional nursing care in accordance with assigned patient treatment plans.

– Assess patient conditions, accurately document vitals, and report significant health shifts.

– Maintain a safe, clean, and highly empathetic home care environment.

– Form clear, supportive communication channels with patients, families, and primary care physicians.

Qualifications & Requirements:

– License: Must hold a valid DOH, DHA, or MOH License, or a verified regulatory Eligibility Letter (Mandatory).

– Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution.

– Experience: Prior experience in a home health care or community nursing setup is highly preferred.

– Skills: Outstanding interpersonal communication and strong patient-focused ethics.

– Location/Mobility: Willingness to relocate to or work on-site full-time in Al Ain.
