Site Leader – Peak Shine Car Wash

We’re looking for a hands-on, people-focused Site Leader to take charge of one of our Central Texas express locations. What You’ll Do

– Lead daily site operations, ensuring every vehicle leaves looking its best.

– Work shoulder-to-shoulder with your team — guiding, training, and inspiring through action.

– Build a positive, high-energy culture focused on teamwork, customer experience, and efficiency.

– Train and develop Assistant Leaders and Team Members for future growth roles.

– Monitor membership sales, labor costs, site cleanliness, and safety standards.

– Troubleshoot equipment issues and make necessary repairs to minimize downtime.

– Take ownership of your site’s appearance, performance, and profitability.

– Represent Peak Shine with pride in everything you and your team do.

What We’re Looking For

– Hands-on leaders only — this is not a desk job. You’ll be in the wash, coaching and hustling alongside your team.

– 1–3 years of leadership experience, preferably in car wash, retail, or service industries.

– Assistant Leaders ready to move up are strongly encouraged to apply.

– Strong communicator with proven ability to train, motivate, and lead by example.

– Mechanically inclined and eager to learn car wash systems.

– Organized, dependable, and calm under pressure.

– Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.

– Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

– Flexible availability (including weekends, early mornings, and evenings).
