Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist with their vehicle cleaning needs, ensuring a friendly and professional experience
• Operate various car wash equipment safely and efficiently, including automated wash systems and hand-washing stations
• Perform detailed cleaning tasks such as vacuuming interiors, wiping down surfaces, and cleaning windows to achieve a pristine finish
• Apply buffing, polishing, or window tinting techniques to enhance vehicle appearance when required
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area, including janitorial duties like sweeping, mopping, and trash removal to uphold a safe and inviting environment
• Conduct routine inspections of vehicles to identify additional detailing opportunities or maintenance needs
• Follow safety protocols diligently during all cleaning procedures to protect yourself and others

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service or janitorial roles is preferred; custodial or cleaning experience is highly valued
• Knowledge of car wash operations, detailing techniques, buffing, and window tinting is a plus but not mandatory—training will be provided
• Ability to operate basic driving equipment or vehicles is advantageous for moving cars within the facility
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results
• Excellent communication skills to interact positively with customers and team members
• Ability to stand for extended periods, perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting moderate weights, and working in various weather conditions
• A proactive attitude with a desire to learn new skills in vehicle care and customer service
