This role is front-line, customer-facing, and essential to delivering a fast, friendly, and high-quality experience every time. Wash Associates create strong first impressions, keep the site operating smoothly, and ensure every customer leaves feeling taken care of.

This position blends customer interaction, teamwork, and hands-on responsibility in a fast-paced, upbeat environment.

Create an Exceptional Customer Experience

Treat every guest like your boss. Deliver fast, friendly, and professional service that makes each wash easy, efficient, and enjoyable—from greeting to goodbye.

Service Advising & Sales

Welcome customers, confidently explain wash options, recommend the best fit for their needs, and process transactions accurately and efficiently.

Vehicle Directing

Safely and accurately guide vehicles into the wash tunnel, maintaining customer and team safety while keeping traffic flowing smoothly.
