La Verde Car Rental, is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the UAE car rental industry, strong sales and communication skills, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service while driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and convert leads into confirmed rentals.
• Promote car rental services, packages, and special offers.
• Assist customers in selecting suitable vehicles based on their requirements.
• Prepare rental agreements and ensure accurate documentation.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure vehicle availability and customer satisfaction.
• Identify new business opportunities and corporate clients.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities within the UAE car rental sector.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 month of experience in the UAE car rental industry (sales experience is mandatory).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with a results-driven mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good knowledge of the UAE car rental market.
• Proficiency in English; Arabic is an added advantage
