Car Rental Agent

Seeking an experienced Car Rental Agent with knowledge of the Speed System.

Responsibilities:

• Generate and manage client accounts.
• Handle rental bookings and contracts.
• Coordinate vehicle deliveries and collections with drivers.
• Manage Salik, traffic fines, and RTA-related processes.
• Maintain customer records and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements:

• Car rental industry experience.
• Proficiency in Speed System.
• Knowledge of Salik and RTA procedures.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Methodical approach to analyzing processes and systems
• Proactive mindset with strong research and improvement skills
• Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment

Work Arrangement:

• On-site work: 8 hours per day
• One day off per week

Work Location: In person
