Job Description
We are looking for a well-organized and professional Call Coordinator to handle client inquiries and support our real estate sales and leasing team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a confident phone manner, and the ability to follow up with clients effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, and client inquiries professionally
- Understand client requirements for buying and renting properties
- Share suitable property options based on client needs
- Coordinate with agents regarding unit availability and property details
- Schedule and manage property viewings
- Follow up with clients in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain client records using CRM, Excel, or internal systems
- Ensure smooth communication between clients and the sales/leasing team
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Arabic language is an advantage
- Female candidates are preferred
- Professional, presentable, and customer-focused personality
- Basic knowledge of the real estate market is an advantage
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to handle calls, messages, and follow-ups efficiently
