Job Overview:

We are looking for a friendly and reliable Call Centre Agent to join our team. As a Call Centre Agent, you will be the first point of contact for customers calling the restaurant. Your primary responsibility is to handle incoming calls, take reservations, answer menu-related inquiries, and provide outstanding customer service. You play a key role in ensuring smooth communication between customers and the restaurant team.

Main Duties:

  • Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally.
  • Take accurate food orders and reservations using the restaurant’s system.
  • Provide information about the menu, daily specials, promotions, and restaurant policies.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with patience and a positive attitude.
  • Communicate special requests or dietary restrictions to the kitchen or relevant staff.
  • Collaborate with front-of-house and kitchen staff to resolve any issues quickly.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and orders.
  • Follow scripts and standard operating procedures when required.
  • Upsell additional items and promote ongoing offers where appropriate.

Requirements:

  • Good communication and listening skills. Fluent in English & Hindi
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Ability to stay calm and courteous under pressure.
  • Friendly and patient attitude.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required.
