As we continue to expand, we are looking for a Call Assistant who can help us establish strong relationships with brokers and partners in the UAE and abroad.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to brokers, agents, and potential partners in the real estate sector.
- Build and maintain professional communication with brokers in the UAE, especially Dubai and Ajman.
- Follow structured call scripts, handle objections, and provide accurate information about our projects.
- Keep detailed call records, prepare reports, and update the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the management team to ensure follow-ups are executed in a timely manner.
- Support in email campaigns by aligning call outreach with email follow-ups.
Requirements
- Fluent English with a clear and professional accent (must).
- Urdu/Hindi fluency (must), to communicate effectively with South Asian brokers and partners.
- Prior experience in customer service, telesales, or business development preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and deliver results with consistency.
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems is an advantage.
