We are looking for an experienced Call Center Supervisor to lead and manage a team of call center agents handling inbound & outbound calls for multiple medical centers in Sharjah.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily operations of call center agents

  • Monitor performance, call quality & productivity
  • Provide coaching, training & support to agents
  • Ensure all patient inquiries, appointments & follow-ups are handled professionally
  • Prepare daily/weekly performance reports
  • Coordinate with different medical centers for updates & requirements
  • Maintain high customer service standards

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years of call center/team leader experience (healthcare preferred)
  • Strong communication & leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks & teams
  • Familiar with CRM/Call management systems
  • Must be based in Sharjah or willing to relocate
