We are looking for an experienced Call Center Supervisor to lead and manage a team of call center agents handling inbound & outbound calls for multiple medical centers in Sharjah.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily operations of call center agents
- Monitor performance, call quality & productivity
- Provide coaching, training & support to agents
- Ensure all patient inquiries, appointments & follow-ups are handled professionally
- Prepare daily/weekly performance reports
- Coordinate with different medical centers for updates & requirements
- Maintain high customer service standards
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of call center/team leader experience (healthcare preferred)
- Strong communication & leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks & teams
- Familiar with CRM/Call management systems
- Must be based in Sharjah or willing to relocate
