Job Description

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients.
• Answer inbound calls and respond to client inquiries about Forex trading.
• Provide basic information on how Forex trading works and our platform features.
• Guide clients through the account registration and funding process.
• Promote trading services and encourage platform usage.
• Maintain a professional and helpful attitude in all client interactions.
• Keep records of calls and update client information in the system.
• Understanding prospects / clients requirement & needs for providing relevant information & timely market information accordingly

Experience

• Freshers most welcome & Experience also can apply

Languages preferred

• ([Malayalam]*,Hindi, English, Tamil, Kannada) required.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
