What You’ll Do

• Handle incoming calls and assist patients with enquiries
• Schedule and manage appointments
• Provide information about treatments, timings, and clinic policies
• Coordinate with reception and clinical teams to ensure smooth patient flow
• Maintain accurate records and follow communication protocols

What We’re Looking For

• Emirati candidates with a family book (required)
• Strong communication skills in English
• Friendly, professional, and patient-focused attitude
• Basic computer skills (training provided)
• Previous call center or customer service experience is an advantage, but not required
