Job Title: Call Center Representative

• $17 – $20 per hour (Based on Experience)
• Commission Opportunity: Up to $4,000 Additional Per Month

Position Overview

Paxton Marketing is growing and looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Call Center Representatives.

No previous call center experience? That’s okay. If you are dependable, comfortable speaking on the phone, and willing to learn, we provide training and proven scripts to help you succeed.

This is an hourly position with strong commission potential for those who are consistent and motivated.

Full-time and part-time schedules are available for qualified candidates.

What You’ll Do

• Make outbound calls to potential customers
• Handle inbound call opportunities
• Set appointments and gather basic information
• Follow scripts and processes
• Log notes and activity in our system
• Work toward daily activity and performance goals

What We’re Looking For

• Clear communication skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Comfortable speaking on the phone
• Reliable attendance
• Basic computer skills

Customer service, retail, hospitality, or phone experience is helpful but not required.

Compensation

• $17 – $20 per hour starting pay
• Up to $4,000 per month in commission opportunity
