Call Center Agent (Female)

Umm Suqeim, Dubai

ReMed Medical is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Call Center Agent to join our growing team.

Requirements:

• Female candidates only.
• Fluent in Arabic & English.
• Strong communication and sales skills.
• Previous experience in a call center, customer service, or sales is preferred.
• Medical or healthcare background is a plus.

What You’ll Do:

• Handle patient inquiries via phone calls and WhatsApp.
• Book consultations and follow up with patients.
• Guide patients through their journey with the clinic.
• Work closely with the medical and front desk teams to ensure an excellent patient experience.
