Full job description

We are hiring a Call Center Agent to handle patient communication via phone calls and online platforms (WhatsApp, email, chat). The agent will confirm appointments, follow up with patients, answer inquiries, and promote clinic services in a professional and empathetic manner.

Requirements:

  • Experience in customer service or call center (healthcare preferred).
  • Strong communication skills in English & Arabic.
  • Familiarity with WhatsApp, email, and messaging tools.
  • Patient, empathetic, and professional.
