Crêpe/Waffles/Pancake Maker – Kiosk Duties & Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook quickly and consistently in a high-volume kiosk environment
  • Set up and break down the kiosk daily, including equipment, ingredients, and displays
  • Mix, portion, and store batter according to food safety standards
  • Prepare sweet and savory fillings and assemble orders to customer specifications
  • Operate machines and kiosk equipment safely and efficiently
  • Handle customer orders, answer menu questions, and provide friendly, engaging service
  • Process cash and electronic payments accurately (POS or handheld systems)
  • Maintain strict cleanliness and hygiene standards within a limited workspace
  • Monitor stock levels and notify management of low inventory
  • Follow health, safety, and food handling regulations at all times
  • Ensure attractive food presentation and quick order turnaround
  • Manage peak-hour workflow efficiently while maintaining quality
