Busser / Serving Assistant – Fine Dining

We are seeking detail oriented, polished, and highly motivated Busser / Serving Assistant to join our fine dining team. This role is essential in delivering a seamless and elevated guest experience through precision, awareness, and a strong sense of hospitality.

As a Busser and Serving Assistant , you will support the service team in maintaining impeccable dining room standards, anticipating guest needs, and ensuring every table reflects the excellence of our cuisine and service.

Pay

$18.70 per hour plus tips.

Tips Average = $40 – $50 per hour average for this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, service stations, and back-of-house support areas
• Reset and detail tables to fine dining standards with precision and consistency
• Assist servers in delivering food, clearing courses, and providing silent, attentive service
• Refill water, polish glassware, and maintain table settings throughout service
• Anticipate guest needs and support the flow of service without disrupting the dining experience
• Communicate effectively with the front and back of house to ensure timing and quality standards are met

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment preferred (fine dining experience is a plus)
• Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
• Ability to work in a fast paced, high-standard environment
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Team oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and grow
• Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods
