RBS Auto Group is a world class custom automotive brand owned by celebrity car builder Sabra Johnson – is looking for an amazing business office assistant to join our expanding team. North Houston Grade A Office Building with executive offices on the 10th floor in the CEO’s office suite. The office environment is warm, quiet, professional with an antique and classic car collector theme. There is no walk-ins and occasional appointments only.

Business office assistant is the personal assistant to the CEO providing excellent administrative support with exactness of details and a high personal standard of greatness. Performs a wide array of duties with the primary responsibility of ensuring the business runs smoothly, provide strong back office support and administrates weekly invoices to clients. Must manage client house accounts and manage master list of client projects through excel spreadsheets and related software.

The ideal candidate is exceptionally detail oriented, able to maintain multiple projects at any given time, communicates effectively and is able to understand and utilize brand language. Must have 5+ year’s recent administrative experience and Accounts receivable experience is a plus. The business office assistant works from the executive office suite and travels to offsite locations periodically. A business office assistant typically must have completed high school. Advanced courses in office management, business, and accounting are desirable. At least one year of bookkeeping experiencing is preferred, as is prior experience in office management and in a supervisory role.

Assists with general administration as an onsite Brand Ambassador liaison between the builder and the public. A great brand looking for a great brand ambassador. If you are a Rockstar Personality with talent, we want to interview you for this amazing position!

Other related duties:

-Ensure the business runs smoothly and the corporate office is properly supplied.

-Make sure all equipment is working and, if not, arrange for repairs.

-Reports any customer service-related concerns and/or inquiries to the Customer Service team.
