Bus Driver / 3-Ton Pickup Driver

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Bus / 3-Ton Pickup Driver to support our operations, project sites, and logistics activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely drive company buses and 3-ton pickup vehicles for transportation of staff, materials, tools, and equipment.
• Transport employees between accommodation, office, workshop, and project sites as required.
• Deliver and collect materials, tools, documents, and equipment from suppliers and project locations.
• Ensure all transported materials are properly secured and handled safely.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report any mechanical or safety issues immediately.
• Maintain vehicles in clean and good operating condition.
• Follow all UAE traffic laws, company driving policies, and safety procedures.
• Plan routes efficiently and ensure timely arrival at destinations.
• Assist with loading and unloading materials when required.
• Maintain accurate records of trips, deliveries, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance.
• Coordinate with the logistics, procurement, warehouse, and site teams regarding deliveries and collections.
• Ensure company vehicles are used responsibly and only for authorized purposes.
• Report accidents, traffic violations, vehicle damage, or other incidents immediately to management.
• Perform other transportation and logistics duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Valid UAE driving license with the appropriate category for the assigned bus and/or 3-ton pickup vehicle.
• Proven experience driving buses and 3-ton pickup trucks in the UAE.
• Good knowledge of Dubai/UAE roads, locations, and traffic regulations.
• Clean and safe driving record preferred.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Physically fit and able to assist with loading/unloading when required.
• Responsible, punctual, reliable, and safety-conscious.
• Previous experience in construction, interior fit-out, joinery, landscaping, or general contracting is an advantage.
• Ability to work flexible hours and support project requirements when necessary.

Pay: AED1.00 – AED4,600.00 per month
