We are hiring a opening lead brunch cook to join our team. Our team member needs to be a experienced brunch cook with attention to detail and who has good communication skills. Our candidate will be responsible for showing up on time and setting up the kitchen for service. You will be responsible to maintain the level of execution and to maintain the quality of food
Duties
- Prepare and cook a variety of brunch menu items, ensuring high quality and presentation standards are met consistently
- Ensure all food handling, safety, and sanitation protocols are strictly followed to maintain a safe kitchen environment
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and kitchen equipment throughout shifts
- Serve dishes promptly to ensure a delicious hot meal.
Skills
- Have a reliable and consistent transportation
- Strong culinary skills with expertise in food preparation, cooking techniques, and knife skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures to ensure guest safety
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate seamlessly with kitchen staff and servers
- Must be respectful to fellow team members
- Must be able to follow recipes
Pay: $20.00 – $26.00 per hour
