We are seeking an energetic, guest-focused Breakfast Host to create a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience for our guests. The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, and committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and acknowledge every guest with a warm smile, eye contact, and a friendly greeting, using the guest’s name whenever possible
• Set up, stock, and maintain the breakfast area to ensure a clean, organized, and inviting presentation
• Complete opening and closing duties, including setting up supplies, breaking down stations, cleaning equipment, and restocking items
• Inspect the cleanliness and presentation of all china, glassware, and silverware prior to use
• Maintain a clean work environment throughout the shift using “clean as you go” practices
• Prepare and maintain food items at proper temperatures in accordance with food safety guidelines
• Follow all food safety and personal hygiene standards, including proper handwashing and sanitation procedures
• Communicate professionally and clearly with guests and team members
• Respond promptly to guest needs and resolve concerns with professionalism and care
