We are hiring a Breakfast Cook to prepare and serve breakfast, maintain the buffet, and deliver excellent guest service. This is a key role in ensuring our guests start their day happy and satisfied.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding hospitality and customer service
• Prepare breakfast items for buffet along with a la cart orders
• Maintain buffet hot breakfast items
• Prepare to order tickets of the a la cart menu along with to-go orders
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
• Empty trash and maintain kitchen in a clean, organized, and safe condition
• Wash Dishes
• Assist co-workers and collaborate with other hotel departments as needed
• Respond professionally to guest requests or complaints
• Represent MCHG positively in the community

Qualifications

• Friendly, service-oriented, and dependable
• Prior experience in food service, particularly cooking is required
• Ability to follow safety, cleanliness, and food handling standards
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical tasks
• Able to work mornings, weekends, and holidays
