Full job description

Breakfast Bar Attendant: Solely responsible for the daily preparation & presentation of all food items served to guests. Also, responsible for up keep & breakdown of the daily Cold/Hot breakfast bar items,& coffee area for all guests in the hotel.

Duties Include:

• Cooking & refilling the breakfast items/other supplies, along with making coffee
• Cleaning of the Breakfast area/Kitchen, emptying the trash receptacles, during & after breakfast
• Must have good communication skills & be able initiate/engage in conversation with guests
• Must be organized with good attention to detail
• Must be able to visually inspect area, compare observations to standards & correct deficiencies’
