Full job description
Shift starts at 5:00 am and ends around 12 pm (depending on business levels)
- Making sure the buffet area and main breakfast items are stocked.
- Maintaining the buffet area clean and well-arranged.
- Cleaning the breakfast tables regularly as guest get up, replenish the food, coffee, silverware, and condiments…. etc.
- Prepare the food for guest (light cooking)
- Greeting guest with a smile.
- Resolving customers complaints within breakfast area and answering any questions.
- Acting as the company’s representative by providing a hospitable and warm atmosphere for all guests.
- Put away breakfast order from distributor if it comes on your shift.
- Clean up after breakfast time, wash dishes, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming (if needed) and taking out the trash.
