Job Title: Breakfast Attendant

Location: Holiday Inn Express & Suites, Forest Hill, TX
Department: Food & Beverage
Reports To: General Manager and Assistant General Manager
Schedule: Saturday and Sunday , 6am-1am , with variations depending on hotel occupancy.

Job Summary:
The Breakfast Attendant is responsible for setting up, maintaining, and breaking down the daily complimentary breakfast bar at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Forest Hill. This role ensures a clean, welcoming environment and provides guests with a positive breakfast experience that reflects the brand’s commitment to exceptional service and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities:

Guest Service & Hospitality

Greet all guests warmly and with a friendly attitude.

Food Preparation & Presentation

Set up breakfast buffet following brand and health guidelines.

Cleanliness & Safety

Maintain a clean and organized dining area, food prep space, and storage rooms.

Inventory & Reporting

Monitor stock levels of food, beverages, and supplies; notify management when items need reordering.

Qualifications:

Previous hospitality or food service experience preferred but not required.

• Basic food safety knowledge or willingness to complete certification.
