  • Manage food safety protocols, including proper handling, storage, and sanitation practices.
  • Operate POS systems such as Toast POS for order processing and cash handling accurately.
  • Support guest services by bussing tables, clearing dishes, and responding promptly to guest inquiries or special requests.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment by cleaning kitchen equipment, utensils, and dining areas regularly.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow during busy breakfast hours.

<Skills>

  • Proven kitchen experience with strong food preparation skills.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques.
  • Experience with POS systems like Toast POS is highly desirable.
  • Previous banquet, catering, or hotel experience is a plus.
  • Ability to perform meal preparation efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
  • Excellent communication skills for guest interactions and team collaboration.
  • Strong attention to detail in cleaning, bussing, and maintaining sanitation standards.
  • Customer service orientation with a friendly attitude and good phone etiquette.
  • Food service background including serving, coffee making (Barista experience), or dietary aide experience is beneficial.
