Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and equipment.
• Greet guests warmly, answer questions about menu options, and assist with dietary needs or special requests.
• Follow food safety protocols diligently to ensure proper handling, storage, and sanitation.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food preparation and presentation.
• Assist in catering or banquet setups for special events or group bookings when required.

Requirements

• Prior experience in food service, catering, or hospitality is highly preferred; fine dining or banquet experience is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude.
• Knowledge of food handling safety standards and food industry best practices.
• Ability to serve efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Experience with food preparation techniques and basic culinary skills.
• Barista experience or familiarity with beverage preparation is advantageous.
