Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of breakfast items with precision, ensuring quality and presentation meet established standards
• Set up breakfast buffet stations, including arranging food displays, replenishing items, and maintaining cleanliness throughout service
• Assist guests with food selections, answer questions about menu options, and provide friendly, attentive service
• Maintain strict adherence to food safety protocols, proper food handling procedures, and sanitation standards
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food preparation for special events or catering orders
• Monitor buffet areas for cleanliness, restock items as needed, and ensure an inviting environment for guests
• Support banquet or catering functions by assisting with setup, serving, and cleanup as required

Qualifications

• Prior experience in fine dining or food service environments is highly preferred
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Experience serving or working in banquet or catering settings is advantageous
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety regulations is essential
• Barista experience or familiarity with coffee service is a plus
• Previous restaurant experience demonstrating excellent food handling skills
• Background in hospitality or dietary aide roles adds value to your application
