Job Summary

We are looking for a Weekend Breakfast Attendant.

The Breakfast Attendant plays a vital role in ensuring a pleasant dining experience for our guests during breakfast hours. This position involves preparing and serving breakfast items, maintaining cleanliness in the dining area, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a keen attention to detail, ensuring that all food safety standards are met while creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

Duties

• Prepare and set up the breakfast buffet with a variety of food items, ensuring freshness and quality.
• Serve breakfast items to guests, providing excellent customer service and addressing any special requests or dietary needs.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and serving stations throughout the breakfast service.
• Assist with food preparation and cooking as needed, adhering to safety and hygiene standards.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including coffee machines and cooking appliances.
• Provide guest services by engaging with patrons, answering questions about menu items, and ensuring overall satisfaction.
• Clean up after breakfast service, including bussing tables and washing dishes as required.

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen experience or food service background is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor to enhance guest relations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Experience in hospitality roles such as host/host or barista is a plus.
• Familiarity with meal preparation techniques, including cooking, cleaning, and serving skills.
