Key Responsibilities for the Hotel Breakfast Attendant include:

The Hotel Breakfast Attendant is responsible for ensuring guests have a positive dining experience during breakfast service

Food Preparation and Presentation

  • Prepare and set up the breakfast buffet or menu items.
  • Ensure food is fresh, properly displayed, and replenished as needed.
  • Follow food safety and sanitation standards.

Guest Service

  • Greeting guests warmly and address their questions or needs.
  • Assist with special requests (e.g., dietary restrictions).
  • Cleaning and Maintenance
  • Keep the breakfast area clean and organized, including tables, counters, and buffet stations.
  • Restock supplies like plates, utensils, and condiments.

Inventory and Restocking

  • Monitor inventory and report low supplies to management.
  • Assist with receiving and storing deliveries.

Compliance

What We are Looking for in a Hotel Breakfast Attendant includes:
