Ascent Hospitality is looking for a uniquely qualified hospitality leader to join our team as Breakfast Attendant!
The Breakfast Attendant’s responsibilities include following a daily schedule, performing proper set-up, maintenance, break-down and cleaning of the breakfast area; responsible for providing excellent guest service and satisfaction.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Set up and maintenance of the Breakfast Bar in an attractive abundant looking, organized, clean and standardized presentation, maintaining brand standards at all times.
Takes inventory of food, beverages and supplies needed for each day
Assists with set up of prepared foods such as fresh fruit, coffee and juices
Set up of serving dishes/trays, utensils, cups and other products
Set up and arrangement of cold food such as sweet rolls, muffins and cereal
Clears and cleans tables as they are vacated
Removes trash from service area
Restocks self-service food and supplies as needed
Wash serving equipment and return to proper storage
Return reusable food supplies to storage after service
Vacuum, sweep carpets & floors
Mop floors
Dust, brush, polish, & vacuum furniture
Dust and cleans room decorations, appliances, & structural surfaces (e.g. wall fixtures, window sills, vents, etc.; using appropriate cleaners designated by immediate supervisor
Inspect areas for safety hazards
Check operating conditions of equipment
