Job Summary

Duties

• Prepare and set up breakfast buffet stations, ensuring all food items are fresh, appealing, and properly stocked throughout service hours
• Greet guests warmly, assist with food selections, and answer any questions about menu items or dietary preferences
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including clearing tables, bussing dishes, and sanitizing surfaces regularly
• Replenish supplies such as utensils, napkins, condiments, and beverages to ensure smooth service flow
• Operate food handling equipment safely and follow all food safety protocols to uphold hygiene standards
• Assist with food preparation tasks like slicing fruits or assembling simple dishes under supervision
• Support the team with basic cleaning duties in kitchen and dining areas to maintain a pristine environment

Requirements

• Prior experience in food service, catering, or hospitality roles is highly desirable; kitchen experience is a plus
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and proper food handling procedures
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing is advantageous
• Experience with banquet setup or catering events enhances your suitability for this role
• Ability to operate as a delivery driver or support delivery services if needed; valid driver’s license preferred
• Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette and guest relations abilities
• Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper sanitation practices
• Hospitality experience including serving, bussing, or hosting roles is beneficial; barista or coffee experience also valued
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting tasks; team-oriented attitude essential
