Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Breakfast Attendant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for guests enjoying our breakfast service, ensuring a clean, organized, and inviting dining area. Your enthusiasm and commitment to excellent customer service will help create a positive start to our guests’ day.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain the breakfast area, ensuring all food items, beverages, and utensils are replenished and presented attractively
• Greet guests warmly, assist with food selections, and answer any questions about menu items or dietary options
• Prepare and serve a variety of breakfast foods, including hot items, cold dishes, and beverages such as coffee and juice
• Maintain cleanliness by cleaning tables, chairs, counters, and kitchen equipment regularly throughout the shift
• Monitor food safety standards and ensure proper food handling procedures are followed at all times
• Restock supplies as needed and assist with food preparation for buffet or catering services
• Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy breakfast hours

Qualifications

• Prior experience in fine dining or food service environments preferred
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Knowledge of serving techniques and food preparation standards
• Experience with banquet or catering services is a plus
• Familiarity with food safety regulations and proper food handling practices
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is highly desirable
• Barista experience or dietary aide background is beneficial but not required
