Job Description

Prepare breakfast bar for hotel guests while greeting and servicing them in a friendly manner consistent with brand standards.

Essential Functions

· Carry food from pantry to serving counters.

· Maintain food and continue cleanliness to ensure food safety during entire breakfast.

· Wipe tables or seats with dampened cloths.

· Locate and provide items requested by guests.

· Clean up spilled food, drink and remove trash.

· Stock cabinets or serving areas with condiments and refill condiment containers.

· Clean and polish counters, shelves, walls, furniture, or equipment in pantry or breakfast area and mop or vacuum floors.

· Be aware of guest satisfaction scores and work toward increasing departmental and overall guest satisfaction.

· Ensure overall guest satisfaction.

· Practice safe work habits and use required safety equipment.

· Clean up after breakfast is over, dishes, sweeping, mopping, etc.

· Perform other duties as requested by management.

Work Environment

· Requires standing for extended periods, walking, pushing, lifting up to 25 pounds, bending and reaching; stooping, kneeling, or crouching.

· Work schedule varies and includes working on holidays and weekends.

Position Requirements

· High School diploma or equivalent preferred.

· Previous food and beverage experience preferred but not required

· Hours Vary : Monday-Friday 6am-12:00 pm Saturday-Sunday 7:00am- 1:00pm

  • Leaving time varies, depends on clean up
  • Every other Weekend is required
  • 4-5 days per week
