Breakfast Attendant

Full job description

Responsibilities:
– Set up and maintain the breakfast buffet area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and fully stocked with food and beverages.
– Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent customer service.
– Assist guests with their food and beverage selections, answering any questions they may have.
– Prepare and serve hot and cold breakfast items, such as eggs, bacon, sausage, pastries, cereals, and fresh fruit.
– Monitor and replenish food items throughout the breakfast service to ensure a consistent supply for guests.
– Clear tables and clean up the breakfast area during and after service.
– Follow all health and safety guidelines when handling food and beverages.
– Operate cash register or Aloha POS system for guest payments.

Experience:
– Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred.
– Knowledge of catering or banquet operations is a plus.
– Familiarity with meat cutting techniques is beneficial.
– Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact effectively with guests.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
