Philip Morris Management Services (Middle East) Ltd (PMMS) is looking for a Brand Executive to join the team. As a Brand Executive, you will be part of the Brand Marketing team, reporting to the Manager Brand Marketing.
The Brand Executive supports the execution of brand initiatives by ensuring high-quality implementation across digital and offline channels. This role focuses on translating brand strategies into effective campaigns through close coordination with creative agencies, oversight of the content creation process, and maintaining consistency across all brand touchpoints.
YOUR ‘DAY TO DAY’
Campaign Execution & Deployment
- Support the rollout of brand campaigns across CRM, website, social media, and offline channels
- Translate campaign strategies into actionable creative briefs and campaign execution plans
- Ensure consistency and quality of communication across brand touchpoints
Agency & Stakeholder Management
- Brief and coordinate with external agencies on campaign execution
- Manage day-to-day communications, ensuring timely delivery of creatives
- Review final outputs and provide feedback before final deployment
Content Management
- Support the development and localisation of brand assets across digital and print
- Assist with email creation, website updates, and social media content deployment
- Organise and maintain campaign toolkits for seamless multi-channel execution
Project & Process Management
- Manage multiple tasks and timelines across campaigns
- Prioritize workload effectively to meet deadlines
- Support basic budget tracking and project pipeline visibility
Quality Control & Optimization
- Conduct pre-launch testing and quality assurance checks
- Ensure accuracy, strong attention to detail, and full brand compliance
- Identify opportunities to improve execution processes
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 2–3 years of experience in marketing, branding, or a related field in multinational FMCGs or creative agencies
- Candidate must be currently based in UAE
- Good understanding of brand execution, campaign deployment, and marketing fundamentals, with exposure to digital marketing, CRM, and paid media as a plus
- Familiarity with both digital and offline marketing materials, including print, POS, and multi-channel brand assets
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to plan, prioritize, multitask, and manage time effectively
- Fluent in English and Arabic, with strong reading, writing, and speaking skills in both languages
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and quality-driven, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Able to manage multiple priorities under pressure while remaining calm, solution-oriented, and focused on delivery
