Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute brand strategies to strengthen market presence and brand equity.
  • Manage brand marketing campaigns across retail, e-commerce, and social media.
  • Work closely with sales teams to ensure brand visibility across key retail partners.
  • Plan and execute seasonal product launches, promotions, and marketing activations.
  • Oversee product positioning, pricing, and assortment strategy for each brand.
  • Monitor competitor activity and identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal and external creative teams for marketing assets and campaigns.
  • Track and report on brand performance, ROI, and profitability.

Requirements

  • Proven 3 years of UAE experience as a Brand Manager or in a similar marketing role.
  • Background in fashion, lifestyle, or consumer goods (luggage/travel products a plus).
  • Strong understanding of retail and e-commerce marketing.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce and ad platforms
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable strategies.
  • Creative thinker with a commercial mindset.
