We’re Hiring: Branch Supervisor | Dubai

Like Bricks is growing fast!

Today, we operate 4 successful branches across Dubai and Sharjah, and we are preparing to open new locations in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

As we continue to expand, we are looking for a strong Branch Supervisor to join our team and help drive operational excellence across our locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily branch operations
• Lead and support branch teams
• Ensure high standards of customer experience and service
• Monitor operational performance and compliance with company standards
• Solve day-to-day operational challenges
• Maintain a positive, productive, and well-organized working environment
• Support branch development and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Mandatory UAE experience in a similar role (Branch Supervisor, Branch Manager, Operations Supervisor, Assistant Manager, Team Leader, etc.)
• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory
• Experience managing teams in a customer-facing environment
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Fluent English
