Branch Manager – StarKids Children Salon

Do you have a passion for leadership, customer service, and creating magical experiences for children?

StarKids Children Salon is looking for a confident, responsible, and customer-focused Branch Manager to lead our team and ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of our branch.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily branch operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Lead, motivate, and supervise salon staff.
• Deliver excellent customer service and handle customer concerns professionally.
• Monitor sales, revenue, expenses, and branch performance.
• Manage staff schedules, attendance, and productivity.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and salon presentation.
• Monitor inventory, stock levels, and product usage.
• Ensure company policies and service standards are followed.
• Drive sales, repeat bookings, and customer loyalty.
• Create a welcoming, safe, and enjoyable experience for children and their families.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Branch Manager, Salon Manager, or in a similar operational role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer service and team management abilities.
• Good understanding of sales targets, stock control, and daily reporting.
• Ability to manage a team, handle pressure, and take responsibility.
• Professional, organised, proactive, and solution-oriented.
• Experience in a salon, spa, hospitality, or retail environment is preferred.
• Experience working with children or in a family-focused business is an advantage.
