We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Branch Manager to lead our Car Care Division specializing in Window Tinting, Paint Protection Film (PPF), and Polishing services. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily sales operations, monitoring inventory, managing customer relationships, and ensuring smooth workflow across the branch to achieve revenue and service excellence.

3. Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional qualification

6. Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee daily sales operations and ensure achievement of branch targets.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure timely stock availability.
- Manage customer relationships and ensure high standards of service quality.
- Supervise tinting, PPF, and polishing operations, ensuring work quality and delivery timelines.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and promotional activities.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and SOPs.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational and sales reports.
- Manage branch staff including technicians and sales executives.
- Control operational costs and improve branch profitability.

8. Work Experience
5 – 6 years of total experience in Automobile / Car Care / Retail Operations
9. Relevant Experience
Minimum 3 – 5 years in a supervisory or managerial role within the Car Care / Automotive Retail Industry
10. Language Skills
- English – Mandatory
- Arabic – Preferred
