We are hiring an experienced Boom Loader Operator to join our construction site operations in the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating boom loaders and supporting daily construction activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate boom loader machinery safely and efficiently at the construction site.
• Load, move, and handle construction materials as required.
• Carry out daily equipment inspections and report any mechanical issues.
• Follow site safety procedures and instructions from supervisors.
• Maintain the equipment in clean and safe working condition.
• Work efficiently as part of the construction team.
• Follow UAE construction site health and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Valid UAE Heavy Equipment Operator License – License No. 4 (or equivalent license permitting the operation of the required equipment).
• Previous experience operating boom loaders or similar heavy construction machinery.
• Knowledge of construction site safety procedures.
• Ability to work outdoors and in a physically demanding environment.
• Candidates with UAE/GCC construction experience are preferred.
• Must be reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work as part of a team.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: AED 2,800+ per month
