Bobcat Operator (Skid Steer Loader Operator)

Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Bobcat Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating skid steer loaders (Bobcat) to support construction, infrastructure, landscaping, and site preparation activities while maintaining the highest safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate Bobcat/Skid Steer Loader safely and efficiently.
• Perform excavation, grading, leveling, and site preparation works.
• Load, unload, and transport materials within the worksite.
• Utilize various attachments such as buckets, forks, augers, trenchers, and sweepers as required.
• Assist with backfilling, debris removal, and site clean-up activities.
• Conduct daily pre-start inspections and equipment checks.
• Report equipment malfunctions and maintenance requirements promptly.
• Follow project specifications and supervisor instructions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and site safety regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper care of assigned equipment.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience operating Bobcat/Skid Steer Loaders.
• Valid equipment operator certification or license.
• Experience in construction, civil, infrastructure, or industrial projects.
• Ability to perform basic equipment maintenance checks.
• Good understanding of workplace health and safety practices.
• GCC experience is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
