Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and punctual Bike Rider to join our restaurant team and ensure timely food deliveries to our valued customers while maintain the quality of the food during transit. The ideal candidate should have good road knowledge, communication skills and valid driving license.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review orders before and after delivery to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Deliver food orders quickly and safely to customers
• Handle payment transactions (if applicable)
• Communicate professionally with restaurant staff and customers
• Follow traffic and safety rules strictly
• Report any delays, accidents, or issues during delivery
• Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the bike.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a delivery rider, preferably in a restaurant setting
• Valid bike driving license
• Polite, customer-focused, and reliable
• Basic English communication skills (Arabic is a plus)
• Physically fit and able to ride for extended hours
• Good knowledge of local routes and navigation apps (Google Maps, Waze, etc.).
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
