Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and responsible Bike Delivery Driver to handle the safe and timely delivery of pharmacy and healthcare products to customers, clinics and other locations across Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver medicines, pharmacy products and healthcare items safely and on time.
• Collect orders from the pharmacy and verify items against delivery documents before dispatch.
• Ensure medicines and other products are transported carefully and according to required handling conditions.
• Maintain the confidentiality and privacy of customer and prescription-related information.
• Obtain customer acknowledgement/signature or complete digital proof of delivery.
• Collect payments where applicable and accurately hand over cash/receipts according to company procedures.
• Coordinate with pharmacy staff regarding delivery schedules, customer locations and urgent orders.
• Follow assigned delivery routes efficiently while ensuring timely deliveries.
• Maintain the delivery bike in clean and safe working condition.
• Report delays, accidents, product damage or delivery issues immediately.
• Follow UAE traffic regulations and company safety procedures at all times.
• Provide professional and courteous service when interacting with customers.

Requirements

• Valid UAE Motorcycle Driving Licence.
• Previous experience as a Bike Delivery Driver, preferably with a pharmacy, healthcare company or medical products distributor.
• Good knowledge of Abu Dhabi roads and locations.
• Basic English communication skills; Arabic would be an advantage.
• Able to use Google Maps/navigation applications.
• Responsible, punctual and customer-service oriented.
• Familiarity with handling pharmacy or medical products is an advantage.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
