Position Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Bell Captain to lead and oversee bell service operations across our portfolio of holiday homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests upon arrival and departure with warmth and professionalism.
  • Assist guests with luggage handling, transportation arrangements, and general inquiries.
  • Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness and order.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and guest relation to ensure timely room readiness and service delivery.
  • Train and mentor junior bell staff in guest handling procedures, appearance standards, and safety protocols.
  • Manage guest requests, complaints, and special needs in a proactive and solution-focused manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest items stored or delivered (e.g., left luggage, lost & found).
  • Uphold a high level of personal grooming and appearance to reflect the brand image.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience, with at least 1 year in a senior or supervisory role preferred.
  • Proven experience in a bellboy or guest services role within hotels, resorts, or luxury holiday homes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Physically fit and able to handle luggage safely and efficiently.
  • Good knowledge of local areas, attractions, and transport options.
  • Excellent customer service mindset with a proactive, hands-on attitude.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Preferred Qualities:

  • Leadership and team coordination abilities.
  • Calm and composed under pressure.
  • Experience with property management or concierge systems (optional but an advantage).
