Busser/Food Runner

Overview

What You’ll Do

At Suite Shots, the Food Runner supports our Bay Hosts with hospitality for our Guests. They support our guest – delivering cold refreshments from our bars and piping hot food from our scratch kitchens all the while demonstrating hospitality and urgency towards the guests by clearing tables and being of assistance. You will be a valuable part of our Guest’s overall experience and have a lot of fun doing it!

Key Responsibilities

How You’ll Do It

• First things first- smile and have fun!
• Keep a keen eye on the Tee-Lines and tables: who needs help? Does a table need to be cleared and flipped? Does a guest need a refill? How can I help?!
• Protect our Guests and community by observing the rules of responsible alcohol service
• Ensure Guest safety while they play the game
• Make sure the drinks are delivered cold and the food is delivered hot!
• Serve Guests while observing our service standards, ensuring Guests have what they need to enjoy their meal
• Keep common areas clean, organized and well stocked
• Engage with Guests and ensure they are well cared for at all times
• Keep smiling, make eye contact and maintain positive body language

• All Availability
• Ready to work, ready to have fun!
• Ability to work in a fast paced, physical environment
• Teamwork is a must!
• We work outside- sometimes it’s hot and sometimes it’s cold, must be willing/able to work in those conditions
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time including maneuvering up and down stairs
• Possess or able to attain food handler certification
• Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 lb.
• Ability to stoop and bend
