Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality and a strong understanding of beverage preparation and service. This role is essential in creating memorable experiences for our guests, ensuring that they receive exceptional service while enjoying their time at our establishment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware, cleaning surfaces, and disposing of waste properly.
• Engage with customers, providing friendly and attentive service while taking drink orders and answering questions about the menu.
• Operate our POS system efficiently to process orders, manage tabs, and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Monitor customer consumption levels to ensure responsible service of alcohol and compliance with local laws regarding alcohol service.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders to patrons seated at the bar.
• Uphold food safety standards by adhering to proper hygiene practices during beverage preparation and service.
• Manage inventory levels by tracking supplies, placing orders when necessary, and minimizing waste.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in fine dining environment is preferred.
• Proficiency in using POS systems, along with cash handling experience.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor that enhances guest interactions.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices within the food industry is essential.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as required by the establishment’s operating hours.
